Fee Schedule

$210 per hour for all work, two-hour minimum.  There is no charge  for time spent
before all parties agree that I mediate the case, and there is no charge for time spent
strictly on scheduling.  However, time spent in pre-mediation discussions, review of
briefs or materials submitted in advance, and in travelling to and from the mediation,
and in follow up, are billed.


There is no mileage charged for local (outside the counties of Fresno, Tulare or  
Madera) travel.  For travel outside these counties, mileage is billed at $.44 per mile,
but time is billed at half the hourly rate.

Deposit:  Unless other arrangements have been made, for a one-half day mediation,
$800 is due five days before the mediation date, and $1,600 is due for each full day
of mediation.  The amount due from each party is that party's pro-rata share.
